After my hernia surgery, I was wondering how to go about losing the 10-12kg I gained during the long period of inactivity that preceded the surgery. Turns out, the house that @dorkypyro and I just moved into has 30 stairs that must be climbed just to reach the front porch…and I climb these things several times, daily. Aerobi-house, FTW :)
